A unique product from the Czech manufacturer of traditional Nanny breathing monitors, the new BM-03 offers a unique function - detecting when the baby has been placed or removed from the mat. It’s the only product on the market that can warn you that you might have placed the baby on the mat, but forgotten to turn on the monitor.
This means it guards your baby 24 hours a day, even when it is not in the crib – the pad constantly monitors the environment for shocks and if the baby has been laid down, it will remind you to turn on the device. It will also remind you to turn it off if you have removed the baby from the crib and forgotten to turn off the monitor.
The Nanny BM-03 is a certified medical device that monitors the baby’s breathing and is also suitable for premature babies from 1 kg up. What’s more, it is the only monitor on the market to monitor the age of the pad during the automatic function test and alert you if it has already exceeded its service life. It is powered by 2 AAA batteries, has a night light for a quick visual check on the baby at night and automatically adjusts the brightness intensity to the surrounding environment – at night the lights shine with less intensity for undisturbed sleep for you and your baby. It also monitors the room temperature to prevent the baby from overheating, which is one of the risk factors of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
The detection area in the cot can be extended by attaching a second pad.
